Systems administrator / database developer trainee
In this job, you'll be doing office solution system development and documentation in a relational database, Filemaker Pro, and also part of a small team supporting about 30 OS X Macs and Mac servers (firewalls, and web, mail, and database servers) and four PCs at two main sites near UT. This position can be part-time or full-time. Knowledge of database design (FileMaker Pro or others, such as from UT's CS 347, MIS 325 or 333K) is preferred but not required.

The company emphasizes good wiki-style IT documentation, training, and project management. Based on your skills, you're likely to work on database development, system design, security, trouble-shooting for users, expansion of this website, and maintenance. It's helpful if you have background in database design, dynamic websites, PHP, programming, project management, technical writing, and/or security. An internship option is offered.

Relational database development consultant
In this job, you'll be helping develop enterprise-level solution systems in a relational database for about 25 Macs. The qualified candidate will have knowledge and experience with Filemaker Pro and PHP. Knowledge and experience with MySQL or Ruby on Rails is a plus. The ability to keep meticulous documentation is essential.
