Texas Business Organizations Code (TBOC)
links and resources
The Texas Business Organizations Code (TBOC), taking effect Jan. 1,
2006, reorganizes eleven business
organizations statutes into one, revises terminology, alters state
fees, and makes other changes.
The state
fees under the TBOC
are simpler, in some cases higher (forming a PA or LLC, for example)
and in other cases lower (correcting or terminating an LP). (3 pages, 52.6 K)

chart of business organization fees. (6 pages, 7.6 MB, pdf)
